The engineering office generates an annual turnover amounting to 2.5 million Euros with its long-standing loyal customer base in Northern Germany and its 25 employees. The core business includes the areas of heating, air conditioning and venting technology and also the use of renewable energies. After many prospective buyers had showed interest, the shareholder leaving the company for age reasons has now decided to sell his shares to his younger partner.
