On behalf of one of our clients, the employees of the VeMEMas GmbH looked for small dental laboratories in the regions of Düsseldorf, Bochum, Bonn and Osnabrück. Practice laboratories and laboratories with a turnover significantly above 500,000 euros were not included in the search, however.

The relevant companies are to be integrated into the network of VeMEMaS' client to ensure a positive economic basis for the continuation of business for the parties involved. Therefore, the precondition for this is the development of individually suitable merger and acquisition strategies in close cooperation with the buyer.

After several interested managers of laboratories have reacted to our search, the employees of VeMEMas try to find out in intensive discussions which laboratories might be of interest to the client.

But also during further negotiations, transactions and integration of the laboratories, the VeMEMaS GmbH from Holzgerlingen is closely involved. Our objective is to find a laboratory as early as Summer 2013.
