The VeMEMaS model

"During the years I have worked as an executive, I noticed time and again that many M & A consultants are dealing with issues much too superficially", criticizes managing director Martin Borsik.
"We want to achieve the optimum result for our customers. Therefore, it is necessary to go into the issue in depth. And that's where we distinguish ourselves clearly from classical brokers."
VeMEMaS and this optimization procedure support you in order to remedy shortcomings in your company and to find so far unused potentials and put them to use.
When the sale of a company is planned, the procedure could be as follows:
In a first step, the company is analyzed by means of balance sheets and carrying out a company check. The results achieved lead to a budgeted balance sheet - i.e. the balance sheet hoped for and necessary to achieve the desired selling price.
The next step is to prepare a package of measures with so-called key performance indicators (KPIs). Or expressed differently: What needs to be done to lay the foundation for a better budgeted balance sheet. Here, the VeMEMaS experts contribute their generalist knowledge. Over the years, they have gained practical experience in the fields of reorganization, restructuring, portfolio management, personnel management and globalization issues.
On the basis of this knowledge and their objective exterior view, the VeMEMaS experts see the areas to be optimized within the company. Subsequently, follows implementation which is supported by VeMEMaS on request through regular meetings, discussions and control of success achieved. When doing this, it is important to check all measures taken and - if possible - adapt them rapidly and flexibly to new situations.
"On completion of the project, we have optimized the entire company and its individual departments and can sell it at the desired price", says managing director Borsik. "Quite often, the proprietors even decide to carry on with the operations in the light of the positive budgeted balance sheet and the sustainable secure future for the company resulting from this."
