The Asian company with approx. 2000 employees has had a technical cooperation for some years already with a medium-sized company from Baden-Wuerttemberg. The company portfolio includes electronic as well as mechatronic products. Since 2012, this company is also delivering large quantities to a major German automobile supplier for a certain product area. Owing to this, a German company with the following profile is sought: The company should have good contacts to TIER 1 and/or OEMs, manufacture electronic products and, if possible, also develop them. The required turnover should be between 20 m€ and 129 m€. In individual cases, smaller companies with the corresponding technical orientation could also be of interest. A hundred percent takeover is planned. The company's survival is the prime objective, however.
